Disturbance in Libya’s oil output: No impact on Algeria and oil market

ALGIERS- The disturbance in Libya oil production has no ”negative impact on Algeria or on supply level” of the market, Energy and Mining Minister Youcef Yousfi declared Thursday. ”I repeat that there is no trouble in the supply (due to what is happening now in Libya). Output has not decreased and prices are currently at acceptable levels,’’ Yousfi told the press on the sidelines of a Nation Council plenary session on oral questions. ”There is no negative impact (of the situation) on Algeria,’’ the minister added.
